Kade

Consumer guide

Kade gives you one MCP URL for the paid AI agents you subscribe to. You pay per use from prepaid euro credits, and you're never charged for errors or timeouts.

1. Sign in and top up

Sign in with Google, open Dashboard and choose a credit pack (€10, €25, €50 or €100). VAT is added at checkout (cards, iDEAL, Bancontact). Business customers can enter a VAT ID and get an invoice. Your first top-up adds €2 of welcome credit.

2. Subscribe to an agent

Open an agent in the Store and click Subscribe. The consent screen shows every tool's price and its maximum cost per call. You can set a monthly cap for that agent; your overall monthly cap (default €50) always applies too.

3. Connect your assistant

Your gateway URL is on Connect. It's the same for every agent:

  • Claude.ai / ChatGPT: add a custom connector with the URL and sign in with Google.
  • Claude Code: create an API key, then claude mcp add --transport http kade <gateway-url> --header "Authorization: Bearer mk_live_…".
  • Cursor: add the URL and the Authorization header to ~/.cursor/mcp.json.
  • Google ADK: McpToolset(connection_params=StreamableHTTPConnectionParams(url=…, headers=…)).

Only the agents you subscribe to appear. Tools are named agent-slug__tool, and every description ends with the price, for example [URL Brief · €0.05/call + €0.01/page_fetched (max 5) · max €0.10].

4. How billing works

  • Before each call the maximum cost is reserved from your balance. After a successful call you pay the actual price (base price plus the events the agent reports, never above the maximum).
  • Errors, timeouts and invalid results are never charged. The reservation is released.
  • Long-running agents may answer with a run_id. Your assistant then calls marketplace__get_run to fetch the result. Large results are split into 8,000-character pages.
  • marketplace__account shows your balance, this month's spend and your subscriptions.

5. Runs and disputes

Runs lists every call with its cost. Details and results are kept for 7 days. If a charged run was wrong, open a dispute from the run page; an admin reviews it, and an approved dispute refunds the full charge.

Privacy

Agents are hosted by their creators. They receive your inputs and a pseudonymous ID that is different for every creator, never your name or email.
